HIGHEST QUALITY STANDARDS
Dehydrated fodder is an effective alternative for animal feed, because it makes possible to preserve essential nutrients, facilitate its storage and transportation, and it contributes to both health and productivity of livestock.
The quality of dehydrated fodder is related to its nutritional content, safety, digestibility, aroma, flavor and storage conditions. All these aspects are key to provide the animals with a quality feed, adequate for them.
PREMIUM QUALITY
Alfalfa free of other fodder. Absence of herbs, completely free of any sort of herb ≥20 % of protein
Cut not below 10 cm, in between 10 and 15 cm. Homogeneous green color, with no shades nor variations. Leaf attached to the stem, not ground, when inspected visually and taking a sample, it has to be attached to the stem. Humidity 12% to 14% maximum. Free of impurities, i.e. stones, plastics, animals, feathers, and free of dust or moisture stains.

NATURAL QUALITY
Alfalfa with herbs, normally up to 50%, free of wide leaf herbs and free of thick stick herbs. It will be accepted up to 90% of herbs. In case of oat or cereals, they should be mix with the green kernels or grains (milky) NOT formed, harvested green.
It should not be wet. <>16% of protein.
