AE Desarrollo, a Spanish exporter of premium alfalfa. Alfalfa is an excellent fodder plant that provides high levels of proteins, minerals and quality vitamins. Its energetic value is also very high, related to the nitrogenous value of the fodder. Besides, it is a source of minerals such as: calcium, phosphorous, potassium, magnesium, sulphur, etc. Alfalfa, once harvested in the field, is conditioned mechanically and the drying is done by forced ventilation.
